Biography Blanch Hooker was possibly born Blanch St John, the wife of Jonathan Hooker, rector of Sandy, according to an archivist's note at the Bedfordshire and Luton Archives. The archivist also notes "see Wootton Reg." Sandy is a small town to the east of Bedford, and Wootton is a village south west of Bedford. |
