VERY IMPORTANT

All paper presenters are required to REGISTER

  • PUBLISHERS: Please go to the link for 'Publishers' provided on the top panel for registration details. 
  • YOUNG ECONOMISTS: Young Economists who are presenting a paper are eligible for financial assistance but only if s/he is a member of the RES (or have applied to become a member). Cost of registration and standard accommodation may be claimed after the conference. Second class off-peak advance purchase return rail fare will also be reimbursed after the conference. Please click here (PDF, WORD) for further details and for a claim form.

  • POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS: P/G students registered at a British University and who is also a member of  the RES (or have applied to become a member) may apply for some financial assistance.  Every pound of departmental support will be matched by the RES. Preferences will be given to those who are presenting papers at the conference, other than those presenting as a YE. Please click here (PDF, WORD) for further details and for a claim form.

Registration is being handled by the Conference Management Service at the University of Warwick. All inquiries regarding registration and accommodation should be addressed to them (amanda@m-s-g.co.uk).

Registration form and the payment must be mailed by Friday 1st March 2002 to avoid the late registration fee of £50.00. Deadline for receipt of registration is 5 pm on Friday 15th March 2002.

Please note: lunch on the 25/3/01 and dinner on the 27/3/01 are not provided. ['Further Information' link above gives a list of places where you can eat on Campus.] Please register early if you need en-suite accommodation as they are in short supply. 

Packages A & B: 2.5 days, residential (en-suite (A) /standard room (B))Includes accommodation on Monday and Tuesday nights, conference facilities Monday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and dinner on Monday (Conference dinner) and Tuesday.

Package C: 2.5 days, non-residential: Includes conference facilities Monday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon, dinner on Monday (Conference dinner) and Tuesday, and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Package D: 1 day non-residential: Includes day conference facilities, lunch (Tuesday/Wednesday) and dinner (Monday/Tuesday). 

Packages E & F: 1 day residential (en-suite (E) /standard room (F))Includes one night of accommodationone dinner, one breakfast, one lunch, and two tea/coffee and, conference facilities.

Additional Charges for non-members

  • If you are not a member of the RES, there is an additional charge of £40 for Packages A, B, and C. The additional charge for Packages D, E & F is £20.

  • If you are a student but not a member of the RES, the additional charge is £20 for Packages A, B, and C. The additional charge for Packages D, E & F is £10.
